Purpose

The People Strategy supports the aims, priorities and values defined in our Trust's Summary Strategic Plan.

Investment in our human resources and building capacity is key to ensuring sustainability, growth and continuous success in our school improvement strategy at Solent Academies Trust. With our own dedicated team of HR professionals with a range of extensive skill and expertise, we are able to collaboratively develop a future proof strategy for People, Culture and Development to offer the highest quality Recruitment & Retention, Continuing Professional Development, Wellbeing & Work Force Resilience Strategy and Succession Planning & Talent Management.

The staff at Solent Academies Trust are our most important resource. I am so proud of the individual talents and expertise from all our staff and the impact we have in providing high quality education and support for our pupils and their families that is carefully tailored to their individual needs.
