Teaching Assistants - Solent Academies Trust

We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, inspiring and skilled Teaching Assistants at our Trust Schools.  This is an opportunity to work for a growing Trust with a superb track record of developing staff as well as ensuring our pupils make excellent progress and enjoy their learning.  You need to be flexible, energetic and committed to working with children complex needs and/or autism and be ready for anything!


Mary Rose is looking for staff who are interested in working with pupils age 4 - 19yrs with either profound and complex needs or pupils with severe learning difficulties and autism.


Cliffdale is looking for staff who are interested in working with pupils age 4 – 11 with complex learning difficulties and/or autism.


Redwood Park is looking for staff who are interested in working with pupils age 11 – 16yrs with learning difficulties, many of whom also have social and emotional needs. 


Littlegreen is looking for staff who are interested in working with pupils age 7 – 16 years with special needs as well as social, emotional and mental health needs.


We have a positive, preventative and proactive approach to supporting pupils and it is very important that our staff sign up to this when working in our schools.

Annual FTE salary £18,441.  Term time only salary £14,360 and £14,581
