Receptionist / Administrative Assistant – 2 posts
Band 4, 35 hours per week, £18,441 - £19,619
(TTO for 39 weeks £15,062 - £16,024)
We are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic and highly welcoming individuals to fill two vacancies of Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. We have two similar vacancies one to join the small Administrative Team at Littlegreen Academy and the second to join the well-established Administrative Team at Mary Rose Academy, in this role you will spend some time working in a satelite location with a small part of the school.
The role is a vital one in the administrative team, providing a comprehensive and efficient reception and administrative support, ensuring that a high quality and effective service is delivered at all times. As well as providing exceptional administrative support to the Head of School and the school office.
- Be motivated and relish working within an environment that is constantly busy with visitors and enquiries
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of competency in ICT and analytical skills
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Have experience of working in a similar office environment
- Have the ability to work as part of a team but also work on your own initiative.
