Due to the expansion of our schools, Solent Academies Trust is looking to recruit inspiring teachers who have a genuine interest in teaching pupils with special educational needs. Teachers who are creative, flexible, energetic and keen to join a strong and supportive team are encouraged to apply. We will provide high quality coaching, support and professional development. We are a special schools academy trust and we are delighted that three of our schools, Mary Rose, Cliffdale and Redwood Park are judged Ofsted outstanding with our fourth school, Littlegreen in West Sussex on a fast track journey to excellence, having joined us as a sponsored academy in January 2019.

Class teachers for a September start:
- Mary Rose Academy, a school for pupils with highly complex needs, age 2-19yrs.
- Cliffdale Primary Academy, a school for pupils with complex needs including a high percentage of pupils with autism, age 2-11yrs.
- Redwood Park Academy, a school for pupils with complex needs including a growing number who have autism, age 11-16 yrs.
- Littlegreen Academy, a school for boys with social, emotional and mental health needs, age 7-16yrs (primary)
- Mary Rose Academy
Full time Design Technology teacher who can also teach some core subjects (English/maths) – needed for a September start

Home Economics teacher who can also teach some core subjects – needed for an immediate start
These significant and important posts need teachers who care passionately about the education and wellbeing of pupils with special educational needs and their families. We are seeking mainscale teachers looking to progress in their career and some of these roles would be suitable for an NQT.
