Employment History:

In February 2018 Alistair founded his own HR consultancy, Winchester HR Limited

From October 2018 he has been Selection Panel Member for the Judicial Appointments Commission.

From 2004 to 2018 Alistair was HR and Administration Director at Blake Morgan LLP, based in Portsmouth. Prior that he was Director of HR and Quality at national law firm, Irwin Mitchell.

He has been a Senior Consultant with Hay Management Consultants, Head of Personnel for a County police service and held a range of HR and pensions management roles in the public sector. He started his working life as a civil servant.

Voluntary Interests:

Alistair was a volunteer in Shaping Portsmouth from 2013 to 2017.

From 2014 to Dec 2017 he was a Governor of Mary Rose Academy.

Alistair became a Trustee of Solent Academies Trust in September 2017. He Chairs the Standards Committee and attends meetings of the Strategic Board of the Portsmouth Teaching School Alliance.
